Following submission of the inquiry form, I will be in contact with you looking to schedule a time to either meet in person, or via video call to go over all details. I will take down all notes and ideas you are looking to incorporate and sketch it up. This will highlight dimensions, details and allow me to accurately offer the best quote and timeline to completion and either delivery or shipping if necessary.
Following our meeting, and decision to move forward on your piece, you will have my email/number to be able to contact me. With larger scale pieces I will give a weekly update to ensure details, deadlines and a positive customer experience is met.
